At the end of a hard day's work in the Argentine pampas, a gaucho and his wife are relaxing on the porch of their country house, playing guitar and drinking mate, when suddenly the earth begins to shake beneath their feet, frightening the animals and shaking everything. The couple immediately assumes it's the devil's work, only to discover that the true cause of the phenomenon has little to do with the supernatural.
