La soif du monde

Directed by

With the world population increasing and the effects of climate change becoming more pronounced, the demand for water is growing rapidly, making it one of the most valuable and fragile resources on Earth. Yann Arthus-Bertrand discusses the challenge of limited access and inadequate governance of water worldwide, taking us on a trip through more than twenty countries, from Northern Kenya to Cambodia, and unexpectedly, to the Aosta Valley.

Pure from its source, uncontaminated and bottled in plastic, this essential element is both wasted and sought after like a treasure, too much or too little in a changing world.
