biography
He was born in 1976 in Shanghai. He graduated from the Ecole Nationale Supèrieure de la Villa Arson in France, and continued his studies at the Centre National d'Art Contemporain Le Fresnoy. After his directorial debut with Four Days After the Chinese New Year's Eve (2005), he directed SHANGHAIEXPRESS (2005), Shanghai Shanghai (2006), Eiffel Tour for you (2006), and Under Construction (2007).
