biography
He is a director, screenwriter and playwright. He directed the documentary L'ultimo paziente (2014), followed in 2016 by I bambini della miniera and Restaurare il cielo, winner of the Foreign Press Golden Globe in Italy. The short film Krenk (2018) won the Best Screenplay Award at the 75th Venice Film Festival. Winner of the Premio Solinas in 2006 for the subject Dall'altra parte del mare and in 2019 for Maspalomas - La casa del Tango.
