biography

Director and cinematographer, in 1994 he founded Nikolaus Geyrhalter Filmproduktion, producer to date of over seventy films. His documentaries include The Year After Dayton (1997), the multi-award-winning Our Daily Bread (2005), in competition at the 9th CinemAmbiente, Homo Sapiens (2016), a journey in search of forgotten places, and Earth, an evocative portrait of landscapes transformed by human intervention, presented at the 22nd edition of CinemAmbiente.
