biography
She was born in London, in 1965, received a degree in Expressive Arts from the Brighton Polytechnic Art College. She went on to specialize in animation at the Jiri Trnka Studio in Prague, after which she directed seven animation films, beginning with Herman's Burden (1989), and including Meat (1993) and Blue Film (1995). She has also participated in many multimedia projects and performances. Her most recent effort, In Between…, was filmed in Zagabria and completed in September 2001.
