Pandey
biography
Director and environmentalist, he was born in Nairobi, Kenya. He studies direction in Great Britain and goes back to India, his country of origin, in 1970. He founds the Riverbank Studios in New Delhi, and collaborates to the creation of the Jamia Milia Mass Communication Centre. In the last few years his works have obtained international awards. These are some of his most recent films: Food for Tomorrow (1992-93), The Last Migration (1994-95), Honey Hunters of the Blue Mountains (2000).
