She founded her own production company, Man's Film, in 1977. In 1982 she made her first full length feature The Bed. She has also directed Equilibres (1997), The Bed (1982), Dust (1983), Sacd (1983), Cruel Embrace (1987), Il Maestro (1988), On Earth as in Heaven (1991), Between the Devil and the Deep Blue Sea (1995), The quarry (1998), Nuages (2001).
