Olin

biography

Born in Strada, Sunnmøre, Norway, on April 16th 1970. Educated at the boarding school in Volda and universities in Bergen and Oslo, she made her debut as documentary filmmaker with her graduation film I kjærleikens hus in 1995. In 1998 she had her first feature length documentary Dei mjuke hendene screened at theaters, and received various awards. Olin's first fiction film was Fråtseri which was one of seven films in the short film series De 7 Dødssynder (2000).
