He has published numerous photojournalism services for a variety of Italian geography and nature magazines. In 2006 he made Living in a Perfect World, a documentary film for the National Geographic Channel; his documentaries have been shown on RAI and foreign channels (ARTE France, NDR/ZDF Germany, YLE Finland RTSI Switzerland, Al-Jazeera among others).
