He is a director, producer, playwright, and performer; he has taught audiovisual communication and through Ondemotive, his production company, has made socio-anthropological documentaries, including Dallo zolfo al carbone (2008) nominated for a David di Donatello and a Globo d’Oro award in 2009, La voce del corpo (2011), Influx (2016), distributed by Netflix, and Dallas in Prizzi (2017).
