biography
She works on mission in Russia, Pakistan, Afghanistan, and Africa as war photographer human rights activist. In the Light of Darkness: A Photographer’s Journey After 9/11 was listed as one of the best photography book of 2011. In 2013 she was awarded by the of University Michigan for her work on poaching in Africa, which went into The Last Animals, selected at the 2017 Tribeca Film Festival.
