She made her acting debut in 1983 with Victor Erice's El Sur, then under directors such as Ken Loach, before making her first
film, Hola, ¿estás sola? (1995). Other titles to her credit are Flores de otro mundo, Take My Eyes, Mataharis and Even the Rain.
