biography
He is an award-winning director, screenwriter and producer. Many of his works develop local themes into issues of global resonance. We recall Bananas!* (2009), Big Boys Gone Bananas!* (2011), Bikes vs Cars (2015), winner of the 18th CinemAmbiente international competition, Push (2019). Founder of the production company WG Films, in 2017 he was honoured by the Faculty of Culture and Entertainment at the University of Malmö.
