biography

He is a film director, writer, director of photography and producer of documentaries (Italian Soldiers, Sono Incinta), video clips, visual art (Cult Tv) and television programmes from Rome. In 1999 he founded the production company GANGA together with Alberto Molinari and Francesco Struffi. An award-winner at many national and international festivals, the majority of his work has been co-produced with Molinari and one of their most notable full-length features The Big Question was originally produced by Mel Gibson. In 1995 he interviewed the Nobel prize winner Aung San Suu Kyi being held under house-arrest in Burma. His photographic work has been the subject of several personal and collective exhibitions, and as an executive member of RAM he has been active in promoting Sustainable Tourism and worked with GREENPEACE.
