biography
He graduated in Literature; he wrote and directed radio programmes and scripts for RAI in Cagliari and, after a long experience as a theatrical actor, he directed several shows. He made his debut in cinema with the short fiction film La volpe e l'ape (1996) followed in 1999 by the documentary Storie di pugili. His films include L'anatema di Aquilino (2001), Jimmy della collina (2006), Voci sul mare (2008), L'accabadora (2015) and Gabriel (2019), which have won awards at various international festivals.
