biography
She earned a degree in philosophy from the University of Bologna and a master’s degree in philosophy from the University of Turin. Since 2003 she has written and directed documentaries; in 2004 she founded the Movimenta production company. Her films deal with modern historical, political, and social issues. Titles to her credit are the award-winning Private Fragment of Bosnia (2004), Mostar United (2009), The Perfect Circle (2014), and I Had a Dream (2018).
