biography
She garnered public attention appearing as an actress Cédric Klapisch’s Russian Dolls (2005) and Abderrahmane Sissako’s Bamako (2006) for which she was nominated a César as best new actress. She has worked with directors Michael Haneke, Alain Gomis, Michel Gondry, Dominique Cabrera, and Cristina Comencini. She is involved in various projects in Africa supported by AMREF and otther NGOs. Marcher sur l’Eau is her directorial debut.
