biography
Nasce ad Atlanta nel 1963. Si dedica alla carriera cinematografica mettendosi alla prova in tutti i campi: vanta, infatti, esperienze come regista, produttore, sceneggiatore, montatore, direttore della fotografia e anche attore. Tra i suoi film ricordiamo Sesso, bugie e videotape (1989), Palma d'oro al Festival di Cannes, che lo ha lanciato all'attenzione del pubblico, Out of Sight (1998) con le superstars George Clooney e Jennifer Lopez, e Traffic.
