biography
È nato nel 1964 a Baranovichi, in Bielorussia. Laureatosi nel 1986 presso l'Università Politecnica di Kiev, si è successivamente iscritto all'Università Statale di Cinematografia. Dal 1996 realizza film e documentari che hanno ottenuto numerosi premi internazionali.
