biography
Nasce nel 1976 a Bourjed, Iran, e si laurea al Sureh College. Lavora come assistente alla regia per diversi lungometraggi prima di occuparsi di documentari per la televisione e portare a termine propri cortometraggi. Eightieth Minute (1998), il suo primo corto, ha vinto il premio di miglior film al Young Crescent Festival di Teheran.
