Regista e storyboarder di film di animazione, ha lavorato per la Disney come regista de Il re Leone, premiato agli Oscar, e come storyboarder del film La Bella e La Bestia. È stato anche candidato agli Oscar nel 2007 con il corto di animazione The Little Match Girl.
