Nato nel 1982 a Gent, in Belgio, mentre frequentava la Rits Filmschool a Bruxelles, compie reportages fotografici in Israele, Brasile e Colombia, per esordire alla regia con O (2006), lavorando successivamente come regista pubblicitario per l'agenzia Czar, per cui realizza spot e video clip musicali.
