Scrittore e regista, realizza documentari e lungometraggi dedicati alla scoperta del mondo e della natura. Tra i suoi film più noti, Il grande Nord (2004), Belle & Sebastien (2014), L’Odyssée sauvage (2014). Da sempre attento al rispetto per l’ambiente, gli animali e le popolazioni indigene, patrocina “L'école agit!”, un progetto che si occupa di sensibilizzare i ragazzi nelle scuole verso i temi della conservazione ambientale.
