Ha studiato fotografia e media art alla University of Applied Science a Dortmund e si è laureata al Chelsea College of Art di Londra. Dal 2007 crea videoinstallazioni per produzioni teatrali e lavora come montatore per documentari e cortometraggi per filmmaker indipendenti e produzioni televisive. 1ha 43a è il suo primo film.
