Dopo la laurea presso la University of California di Santa Cruz, prosegue gli studi alla Tisch School of the Arts di New York e alla MFA di Los Angeles per le arti cinematografiche, televisive e teatrali. Lavora come direttore della fotografia e montatore. Pariah Dog è il suo primo lungometraggio.
