Il cane e il suo generale è il suo primo lungometraggio. Il regista ha prodotto e diretto molte serie televisive di animazione tra cui Zoolympics, Il Etait Une Fois, Dodo le Retour, Le Père Noël et Son Jumaux. Nel 1997 ha diretto Le Parfum de l'Invisible, ispirato a Milo Manara.
