Ha sceneggiato documentari girati a Ferrara (di alcuni dei quali è regista) prima di trasferirsi a Roma. Ha anche scritto sceneggiature per film come Mussolini ultimo atto di Carlo Lizzani e per fiction TV, insieme a Massimo Felisatti. È morto a Ferrara nel 1995.
