biography
È nato nel 1954 a Cordoba, in Argentina. Fin dal 1970 si occupa di cinema, dal 1982 come regista. Documentarista, ha lavorato con Straub e Huillet, Anghelopoulos e Jean Rouch. Fondatore della ARTKINO, collabora dal 1992 con la cooperativa INDEX.
