biography
Born in 1957, she works as a journalist independently and has worked as a film writer and producer for ZDF since 1983. She has produced more than one hundred news reports, twenty documentaries and reportages on cultural topics, expeditions and animal biology. A writer of books, she has published numerous photo reports. In 1996 she won an award for the documentary Brennpunkt Zoo at the Biovision International Wildlife Film Festival, and in 1997 she received several awards for the documentary Teufelsritt am Highway Gottes.
