As a reporter for Rainews24, he has carried out many inquiries into the mafia bloodshed. In 2004 he received a special mention at the journalist contest “llaria Alpi” for Veleni di Stato, which denounced the illegal traffic of waste between Italy and Somalia, through the use of unpublished documents. In 2005 he was awarded the “Premio Ilaria Alpi” for the best television inquiry.
