biography
He made his debut as a documentary filmmaker in the 1990s; he founded the DocArt production company in 2002. The complex relationship between man and nature is the central theme of his films, which have garnered awards at numerous international festivals. His most recent works include the series Magic of the Wilderness (2016), Enclosed by Water (2013), and the feature documentary Arctic Desert (2011).
