biography
He earned a degree in biology and entered the Natural History Unit of the BBC before joining the indie production company Green Umbrella Ltd. He returned to the BBC in 2000 as director and producer of Capuchins: the Monkey Puzzle (2000) and two episodes of the popular "Planet Earth" series for which he has won several Emmy awards.
