biography
She worked for 7 years as film editor for TV Globo, a Brazilian television network. She continued her film studies at Kino Eyes - The European Film Masters. She is currently in a postgrad research program in Practice in Film, Edinburgh College of Art. She participated in the talent development program of the Berlin International Film Festival; her work has been shown at international festivals and her essay, A Camera in the Water: Reframing the Migrant Image in Documentary Film, was published in Screen Journal.
