biography

Born in Madrid, he holds a degree in Organic Agriculture and has taken courses in eco-construction. Since 2000, he has co-managed a permaculture center in Rio Grande, near Malaga, in addition to working as an eco-teacher. He has previously collaborated with various environmental NGOs. A food researcher and experimenter, he has focused on preventative diets and organic and traditional agriculture.
