Larstead
biography
While still a student at UCLA where he earned a maters in fine arts, he directed his first films, including the award-winning Induction. After moving to Australia in 1970, he worked for Telemark Films, making mainly commercials for the international market, documentaries and video musicals. After buying Telemark in 1984 then selling it in 1988, he turned to music but continued to direct and produce films for his own production company, $2 Films.
