Born in 1967, he has worked as an independent documentary filmmaker since 1990: he directed Suckers (1993), Don't Tell Daddy (1995), Different Trains (1996), Losing It (1999), Rooms of Shadow and Light (2001) and What Comes Around-See Everything, Feel Everything (2004).
