biography
She is a documentary filmmaker, media artist, cultural activist and freelance editor. For A Cow at my Table, her first feature-length documentary, she did almost everything herself, working for five years and spanning four countries. A Cow at my Table recently won several awards. Gold Special Jury at Worldfest Houston, Best Documentary at the New Jersey International Film Festival and Canadian Federation Of Humane Societies Media Commendation Award. His previous works include the experimental short film Skinned which was screened in North America, Europe and at the Museum of Modern Art in New York.
