biography
Born in Monfalcone (GO), he graduated in cinema from the DAMS (Diploma di Cinematografia) at the University of Bologna. In 2002 he made his debut with the documentary Migranti, the story of two illegal Romanian immigrants, followed by Purple News, about the world of free newspapers. In 2005 he made Quando il fuoco si spegne, which won awards at numerous Italian festivals, Akropolis, and then Luna Park (2007), a documentary about youth violence in Gorizia, which was also broadcast by Rai Educational. With the collective Fagiani alla Spina, he made La collezione di Medea in 2007, winner of the Makingo 6x60 Film Marathon.
