He studied at the Ecole nationale des Beaux-arts in Paris and at Le Fresnoy - Studio national des arts contemporain, before making the short films Sans toi (2009), Le Propriétaire (2012) and La Lampe au beurre de yak (2013), which was presented at the Semaine de la critique in Cannes.
