biography
He works as a freelance journalist for various media and as a reader in the Film Department of the Jakarta Institute of Arts, Indonesia. His two feature films And the Moon Dances and Letter for an Angel made him well-known in Germany. Air dan Romi was produced for the International Water Seminar in December 1991 by the Goethe Institute in Jakarta. The film served as a basis for discussing water issues.
