biography
He is an eclectic chef and unconventional personality; he works to disseminate cooking as a means of sharing, cultural nutrition, and social restoration. A supporter of campaigns promoted by ActionAid, Amnesty International, together with Erri De Luca he launched the initiative entitled “Pasto Sospeso” at the self-managed social center Casetta Rossa, Rome. He is founder of Tumaga, an independent company through which he created #SaveGorillas for the WWF campaign #IoStoConLaNatura.
