biography
He was born in Padua in 1956. He studied at D.A.M.S. in Bologna. Notte italiana (1987) is his first feature film. Two years later he directed Il prete bello. His works include Un'altra vita, 1992, Vesna va veloce and II toro, which was awarded with the Leone d'argento at the Mostra del cinema di Venezia in 1994.
