biography
He was born in 1950. He was a radio and television technician. He worked as a social worker and development worker in Ecuador. Since 1978 he has worked in various documentary films in Latin America, Africa and Asia. From 1982 to 1986 he studied journalism. Since 1984 he has worked as a freelance journalist, director and producer.
