biography
Founded in Milan in 2004, Alterazioni Video is an artists' collective formed by Paololuca Barbieri Marchi, Andrea Masu, Alberto Caffarelli, Giacomo Porfiri, and Matteo Erenbourg. The group works as an international network with a special focus on misinformation and the tension in the dichotomies: truth/representation, legality/illegality, freedom/censorship that mixes art and political activism across all media forms. The collective has exhibited at the 4th Prague Biennial (2009), Manifesta 7 (2008), the 52nd Venice Biennial (2007), as well as in galleries and international institutions.
